[Full Comment] Clearly these guys putting together the successor to Kyoto are off the rails if they expect industrialized countries to hand over money during an economic recession as well as spend money reducing CO2. Perhaps its their last shot before the world catches on to the real truth about global warming dawns as the sky does not fall.
