[Whatanews4u.Sports] Stephanie Flanders said on her blog that the recovery is not statistically significant, although she hasn't provided the figures to back that up. But if it's true, as seems likely, then when the figure for growth is as close to zero as this, then the only honest interpretation of the statistics is that we don't actually know whether the economy is growing slightly, shrinking slightly, or staying the same.
